This beautiful brand new home can sleep up to 18 guests and is perfect for a family vacation or golf trip. It has a private back yard, stone patio, and a covered area with a heated pool to make it your year round vacation spot at the beach. Folly Field Beach is a short walk or bike ride away. Nothing has been spared in decorating this lovely 3 level home with an elevator from the garage to all floors. Take the elevator to the first-floor living area which features a bedroom and full bath. It has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and a huge granite island that can seat 4 and has plenty of space for food prep. The great room is large enough for the whole gang to gather in the living room, dining room, and outside deck with private seating.
On the second floor there is an oversized master with a King Bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and your own private deck to get away for some relaxation. The master bath features a tiled walk-in shower with a seat and separate vanities. On the second floor you will also find a laundry with a big washer and dryer. At the other end of the second floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a full bath with a tub. Head up to the third floor where there is plenty of room for the kiddos in the bunk room with 2 bunkbeds that sleep 8, a large screen TV, and a play area for them to hang out. The bedroom on the 3rd level has a king bed, a seating area, and a full size crib. This floor also features a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Sandcastle by the Sea is conveniently located mid-island with easy access to water front restaurants, shopping, and golf. Shelter Cove Towne Center and Marina is close by.
Some of the best water front restaurants are an easy car drive away. Bring or rent some bikes as Hilton Head has 50+ miles in biking trails to explore the island or ride the beach. Many people love to explore the island on bike and ride our bike trails on flat terrain. Golf cart rentals are also available for easy access to the beach. Hilton Head (HHH) airport is only 5 minutes away, and the international airport in Savannah (SAV) is 40 minutes away. Hilton Head Island is centrally located and is an easy day trip by boat or car to Historic Savannah. You can easily get to Old Town Bluffton, Beaufort, or Daufuskie Island. Hilton Head Island has everything to make it your best vacation ever!
LSI Vacation Rentals SC has a local office on the island with staff to answer and attend to your vacation needs. .
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed.. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Overall decent experience, but note the view on the backside (run down housing park) is not a deterrent. Positives are location, value, heated pool (October), and responsive property management. However, a little TLC and additional attention to cleaning would help. Definitely a property worth trying.

Amazing home and the pictures do not do it justice. Will definitely book again for my family trips to Hilton Head. The only slight drawback is the view from the balconies is not very appealing (just looking at a run down homes in a woodsy area).
