Luxury 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa just steps from the Beach with double sized deck for outside seating located in one of the best Ocean Front Resorts on Hilton Head with direct beach access and slight ocean view from balcony. Remodeled with luxury planked grey flooring, granite countertops, new designer grey cabinets, and oversized kitchen island with seating and brand new stainless steel appliances. Open floor plan with kitchen view to living room. Remodeled baths and a walk-in shower in the master.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis offers the largest pool on Hilton Head overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for easy food, and some of the best seafood restaurants with incredible sunsets are an easy drive from the resort.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 100 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year.
Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts.
There is a laundry on the second floor of the building with easy access on elevator.
There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to swimming, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.
Hilton Head offers 100+ miles of bike and walking paths. You can ride your bike to just about anywhere on the island.
Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

We had a lovely stay. Check in was offered earlier than the stated time. It was easy to access the rental. The unit seemed a little less than clean, namely the kitchen and bathroom. Floors were not cleaned well. There was plenty of coffee cups, and a coffee maker. We appreciated that. There was pots and pans, but no salt and pepper or other perks in the kitchen. In the hall bath, the sink faucet handles appear to be in disrepair, it was very difficult to turn the faucet on and off. The air conditioning worked well, and there were fans in every room. The furniture was comfortable, seating was plentiful and the decor was tasteful. In the double bed room, the table was about to fall apart. It was very wobbly. The location had 2 pools, 2 restaurants, and other food amenities. The beach was easy to access and beautiful. Parking was easy to find and the resort is easily walkable. We enjoyed our stay and I would rent this unit again.

Awesome condo, stylish and bright. Short walk to the beach boardwalk (don’t bring a wagon, it doesn’t have a ramp at this access point) but is walkable with lots of beach gear. There were a total of 4 beach chairs (2 nice Tommy Bahama style backpack chairs and 2 you have to carry by hand) and a nice selection of sandcastle accessories. The condo had a starter set of dish soap and trash bags. Bring your own foil, sandwich bags, paper towels and seasoning ie: salt and pepper if you plan to cook. For 4 of us, for a week we ran out of towels and only used them to shower. The mattress in the master suite was soft, and I liked having the bathroom private from the other guests. Pick your food places early in the day and make a reservation to avoid a wait.
Really enjoyed the resort in general, all of the staff was super super nice. Enjoyed poolside drinks, delish. Also really enjoyed a beach animals talk poolside one of the days. I would absolutely stay here again in this exact condo.

Check-in was a breeze. The place was perfectly located - like 2 minute walk to the beach. All of the highly recommended restaurants were within 10 minutes driving. The property manager responded quickly when I had a question. But the one suggestion I'd make is to ensure the hall bathroom is cleaner around the toilet. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

This stay was everything we expected it to be. It was a great place to crash at the end of the day after a long day on the beach or out exploring HHI. This was my second time staying at the beach & tennis resort (but a different unit) and this location really can’t be beat. It’s less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and has great restaurants within a 5-15 minute drive! Back to the place though. The kitchen is truly the star of this unit and has everything you need to make a basic meal and the bedrooms are pretty cozy. Overall, I’d stay again and would recommend to others. P.S. Great place! Perfect location on Hilton Head Island. Everything is on property – the Beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and 2 on-site restaurants! Many restaurants are nearby. And if you are not familiar with HHI, restaurants here are a cut above. Great food, great happy hour (4-7 at most restaurants daily) and great values.
As we stayed at this location for 2 months, we know it extremely well. Some highlights.
– LSI manages the property and is very responsive to inquiries. (Go Christine!)
– The property is new to the Airbnb world. (We were the second group to stay here.)
– The pics are accurate. The kitchen is really that nice.
– Some of the kitchenware is dated (cutlery, pots/pans, dishes, dishtowels), but the owner indicated that they plan to refresh these soon.
– Bike paths cover HHI. Bring your bikes!
