It has an open floor plan with stainless appliances, smooth ceilings, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. It has comfortable living room furniture and a table that everyone can sit at to eat. The villa has a queen bed in the main bedroom and a set of full over full bunks in the 2nd bedroom. plus, a pull-out in the living room. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the top floor. There is a washer and dryer in the villa for your convenience.
Fiddlers Cove has nice amenities which includes 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a recreation building, tennis and pickleball courts. There are playgrounds, and picnic areas throughout the resort with well maintained grounds, and itis a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach. There is a 24-hour security on-site.

LSI Vacation Rentals is located on Hilton Head Island and has staff to assist you with your needs.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.

No parking fees at Fiddlers Cover. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Beautiful and well stocked condo in Hilton Head. Beach is in walking distance and a beach wagon would be helpful to carry beach stuff.
