Luxury Vinyl Plank coastal flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms with skylights, walk-in showers, and soaking tub. The dining room table has seating for 10 for the family to enjoy meals together. Extra large smart tv in the Livingroom with an electric fireplace under it. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart tvs.
The living room is open to the backyard oasis fully fenced, private and private. Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy

EVERYTHING about this home was just about perfect for our family vacation! We had everything we needed and more. Our stay was just after storm Idalia and the quick and responsive communication with the host about weather conditions and safety were very much appreciated. In less than 12 hours after our arrival the pool was cleaned back to pristine condition and debris removed. The location of this home could not be better - we had just few minute walk to get to Folly Field beach (with boardwalk, mat walkway over the sand, shower and bathroom) or a few steps from the living got us into a sparkling clean pool! Rinse and repeat! Restaurants, grocery and activities just a short ride. Great place - we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful accommodations, pristine and private pool, and spotless house. It was the perfect getaway home yet close to exceptional restaurants and the main attraction, the beach. My family and I really enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool. The backyard was a cozy oasis. Great beach accessories: wagon, chairs, towels, etc. That was a great personal touch. The staging was phenomenal. The bookshelf was well thought out and the huge TV was an unexpected plus, yet appreciated. It was exactly what we wanted in a vacation home.
The listing states there is a pool heater and that is included at no additional charge. At night the pool water runs cold, but when asked to heat the pool, I was told, "That pool doesn't get heated yet. It should be plenty warm."
