Bring the family to this renovated vacation rental villa in the S. Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. It has a comfortable roomy open floor plan with granite counters, stainless appliances, washer and dryer and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. It features a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom. and a brand-new queen pullout sofa. It has room 6 people and is located on the quiet top floor (2nd floor). There is an open floor plan with plenty of room to feel comfortable. You will be happy you booked this villa.
Forest Gardens is a quiet community and has nice amenities with well-maintained grounds and a large pool with plenty of seating at the pool.,
This is a top-floor villa with no one above you, an easy walk on the beach path or bike ride to the beach. Shopping and restaurants of Coligny nearby. Centrally located on the desired south end of the island with everything Hilton Head has to offer close by!
No parking fees at Forest Glen. We issue 2 parking passes left at the villa. It is the tenants responsiblity to put the parking passes back in the villa before you leave or a $100 fee will be charged if not left there.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

It was our second visit to this lovely property. It is walking distance to Coligny Plaza that is full of shops and restaurants. The property is beautifully remodeled. The bathrooms are gorgeous. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the pool for our morning coffee and evening cocktails. We will surely be back again!

Very pretty little apartment that matches the description. Host was very thorough in communication and responsiveness. Location isn’t far from the beach, but it is a bit of a walk. Pool was nice to have use of (after the walk). Water pressure was a bit of an issue, we notified the host to repair. No WiFi that we found, but it’s nice to unwind without it.
