Check out all this renovated vacation rental villa has to offer at our Hilton Head Resort villa. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, stainless farm sink, and tile plank flooring throughout. The villa sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 twin and a twin over full bunkbed in the second bedroom. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the quiet third floor. Elevator is close to the entrance of the villa. Relax at the indoor pool and hot tub on chillier days. The resort has 3 pools, a seasonal deli and beach bar. Seasonal Shuttle will get you to the beach.
Hilton Head Resort has amazing amenities, well maintained grounds, and it is a short walk or bike ride to the beach. You can also ride the beach shuttle during the summer season.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

The rental was good. Decent for the $850 cost for three nights. Very serious about checking out at 1000. We arrived at 3, long trip in and was reminded of the 4pm check in.
At check out, House cleaning services showed up pearing through the door at 0958. All items were already outside door for assistance from fam to get from 3rd floor unit. I had a busted leg. Only disappointing issue was $160 bucks cleaning fee and $108 bucks service fee and you have to "collect all the trash, take it to the dump, wash the dishes and collect all towels." Overall stay was comfortable for the cost.

A few things to note about rental 4331. It is right next to the elevator so you will hear some traffic. The back door could use a weather strip. The place needs maintenance. Lots of water stains on ceilings. Good amount of wear/tear on the walls. Bathroom needs a deep clean in tub/shower. I couldn’t bring myself to shower but one guest could. Red stain on pillow. Freezer door was broken and I was notified once I had gotten there. The host was good at communicating but poor at rectifying the situation. They did send a cleaner in who reported back to them the place was clean. I sent pictures of areas of concern and was told the message would be passed along. Which is good, but does nothing to improve our experience. Given that my cleaning fee was $160 (room $136) I was expecting better conditions. I also found it strange with such a high cleaning fee that we had to take out our own trash. The company has a lot of good reviews. I hope our experience was a one off. Great location!

Beautiful and well stocked condo in Hilton Head. Beach is in walking distance and a beach wagon would be helpful to carry beach stuff.
