Our open floor plan, two story villa is only a quick walk from Hilton Heads most gorgeous sandy South Forest Beach. Walking distance to Players Club Fitness Center, Van de Meer Tennis Center and shops, restaurants, and splash pad at Coligny Circle and the new Celebration Park. Enjoy bike riding on the islands over 50 miles of bike and hiking trails. This villa is located a short distance away from the South entrance of Sea Pines where you can enjoy dining at the Salty Dog, touring Harbor Town where you will find a marina, dining, boat tours, or you can climb the Lighthouse.
The villa was renovated in 2016 with a brand new kitchen that included, beautiful kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, bathrooms remodeled w/ new stone tile, vanities & LVP flooring in 2019, A designer update was completed which included new paint, furniture, bedding, and accessories throughout the villa. This villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a washer and dryer.
The Dining Area, Living Room, and Kitchen feature an open floor plan allowing for gatherings and easy entertaining. In the Living Room, you will enjoy a brand new 55" smart flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with movies with both adult and children movies. The well designed Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, with a bar height countertop perfect for hanging out with the chef!
The Dining Area features a table for six and there are bar stools at the bar. From the Living Room walk through the sliding glass doors to a deck equipped with patio furniture, a grill, Enjoy your morning coffee or grill some seafood in a serene backyard setting.
There is a bedroom suite on the main floor with a newly remodeled bathroom and walk in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a new queen size bed and a Smart TV.
Head up the stairs to find a spacious landing with a laundry closet and a full sized washer and dryer available for your use.
The master suite has a queen size bed, new furnishings, and a 40" TV with a DVD player. The master bath was remodeled and features a double vanity and tub/shower combo.
The front bedroom has a nice view of the community pool and was recently updated with a twin over full bunk and a pull out trundle to sleep 4 children or 2 adults comfortably and a private bathroom suite which was remodeled with a granite top vanity and and tub/shower combo.

Nice place and location on the island. Our kids really enjoyed the 3 level bunk beds. We had a total of 7 people and there more than enough space for everyone. The place was clean however fairly dated and in need of maintenance / upkeep such as fixing closet doors, fixing window screens, newer laundry machines etc. The company did a good job communicating whenever we had any questions so that was great. Overall we had a nice stay however expected a bit more for the price.

We enjoyed it very much. The place was nice and clean, loved our stay. The family of four enjoyed it very much, grandparents decided to not to come, we missed them and also we missed our dogs a lot other than that place was awesome. We sure will come back. This place is perfect for a family.
Bottom bathroom toilet needed some assistance, maintenance was very quick to fix it. A couple of light bulbs are out, just an FYI, no issues though.

Location is quiet, across from the pool and within walking distance to the beach. The bike rental company is located at the edge of the complex. Super affordable! Only item that requires attention is the rear deck. Definitely could be an enjoyable extension to the home if cleaned and with proper furniture!

This condo was perfect for our group of 6- three adults and three children. Great location to the beach, and the pool is right out the front door. LSI was amazing, and responses were prompt. The condo is clean and updated.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our week-long stay. the bathrooms were supplied with min shampoo and conditioner too! All three bedrooms had TVs and their own bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The bunk room has a twin over full with a twin pull-out trundle bed.
The air conditioning is STRONG (which is great for the hot and humid weather!) but needs to be adjusted, or it can get absolutely freezing. We did feel the back patio needed chairs and a small table to be usable. Additionally, the dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothing and many more to dry towels.
Overall, the stay was perfect, and we have no complaints!

This condo is a fantastic value. It's close to the beach and Coligny plaza and right across the street from the pool. The interior seems recently redone, has all of the amenities you would expect and the bedrooms are large.
The property is very shaded and has a small deck out back.
We didn't have any issues and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
