Great location just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. As others have noted with it being a first floor unit the view of the actual ocean is limited but still a beautiful view.

The unit is small and I wouldn’t recommend for more than a small family but worked well for my wife and I and our toddler. We didn’t cook while we were there but the kitchen allowed for that if guests desire. The beach chairs and beach toys provided were greatly appreciated!

We had one issue with the lock to the sliding door breaking after arrival but it was resolved my the property management team.

The place was awesome. Very clean and plenty of linens. The location was amazing as it was facing the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. It was 10 mins from all major restaurants. There was a great setup on the porch too that we enjoyed each night. The only thing I’d make note of is there wasn’t anything for cooking besides the dishes themselves. Make sure you bring salt, pepper, condiments, butter, cooking spray, etc. We loved how it was smoke-free too. We will definitely stay there again if we can!

This condo was absolutely wonderful! The layout was perfect and the views from the balcony were spectacular! It has everything we needed for a great stay as well as close proximity to the beach a pool but far enough from the pool that we had our privacy and quiet. The ONLY issue we had was it is not beach wagon friendly as it is far from the ramp to the building and the boardwalk directly outside the unit has a lot of stairs at the end when you get to the beach. But we adjusted and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location on the complex. Boardwalk right in front was under construction but was actually a blessing in disguise as there was no foot traffic and very private. We sat outside in the morning watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. We did access the beach from the pool area but having access to the beach right outside the unit would be great. The beach is wonderful and perfect for children too!
There are plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, keurig and utensils. Linens and towels were provided. The unit was very clean. Complex is large with a couple of restaurants both for dining in and take out. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great location on property. Close to the pool but not right on top of it which was nice. Quick 2 minute walk to beach. Boardwalk in front was under construction so we did have to walk around to the other side. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to just head straight out. Enjoyed the convenience of the pool and beach. Wish the pool was heated it was pretty cold and tough to use for the time of year we visited (late March/early April).
The property itself was clean, cute and absolutely served its purpose. The kitchen had lots of dishes, cookware, etc that made it easy to prepare dinner at the condo. The pull out sofa came in super handy as the bunks were smaller then a twin in width.
Communication was clear and efficient. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

This villa was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean and modern place with everything we needed for our stay. There’s couple of restaurants walking distance from the villa, very convenient if your not wanting to go too far for dinner. Beach was walking distance. Host was great, responded very quickly. Clean place. Nothing much to complain about. Beachfront yes, but from the balcony you can only see the sand dunes. Not a bad view, but you can’t see water. It is small, but that’s what you get for a 1 bedroom. There were enough plates, silverware etc. If you’re coffee lovers, you must bring your own. There is a KCup maker as well as a Mr. Coffee type maker as well. As a clean person, I have a hard time paying $90 plus dollars a night for a cleaning fee, but maybe that’s the norm. I find that ridiculously expensive. Good location, very large complex.

We loved our stay here! Oceanfront with a cute balcony that looks out over some nature and the short boardwalk to the ocean (not directly on the beach, but there doesn’t seem to be any places in HH right on the beach). This unit seems to be brand new with pristine appliances and cute decor! It’s like a 30 second walk to the beach which was very convenient. There’s also an outdoor patio restaurant with excellent drinks and decent food that is a short 1-2 minute walk, right near the large outdoor pool. The bed was comfy! The bedroom does back up to the walkway of the complex so we did hear people walking by in the morning but we’re not light sleepers so it didn’t bother us much! This was our first time on HH and we ventured to other restaurants, I’d definitely recommend renting a car if you’ll be staying here and planning on going out to eat, as the bar type of food at the restaurants on the resort (although amazing) did not provide much variety. There’s multiple grocery stores a short drive away as well. I was still cautious to travel given the pandemic but this place was very clean and made me feel very comfortable! Strongly recommend!!

This place is so quiet and just steps from the beach! I’ve stayed in many “beach houses” and have never been so easily accessible to the beach, literally steps from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach!

I was a bit worried about noise and the amount of people around at check-in, but once we got in the gate I met nothing but very nice and polite people, noise was Definitely Not an Issue and we felt safe for the entire trip!

As for the Villa itself, what you see is what you get, very clean, simple, yet classy, and well equipped! The kids absolutely loved the built in bunk beds!! Would definitely stay here again next time!!

Really enjoyed our stay here, we would stay here again but found the place smelled a bit musty and we would feel a bit sticky throughout the day.. but especially overnight/mornings (even with keeping the settings exactly as instructed) a dehumidifier would easily solve this issue.
There’s plenty of cooking pots/pans and the appliances worked great! Loved the shower head as well. There’s a family of raccoons that live close by, so you may see them in your visit 🙂
