Hilton Head has over 50 miles of biking trails around the island in addition to bike riding on the beach at low tide.
There is a free trolley that operates in the summer months and stops at the resort entrance
Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

The condo was perfect for our anniversary weekend. It is in a great location and was very clean. We enjoyed the tennis courts on site and the easy beach access. Host responded quickly to any questions and checking in/out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is cute and well located, a little small but there’s not much more required, the bedroom is right next to entry door so you can hear people walking by and such, it’s a disadvantage if you are trying to sleep of course but not terrible either, we adjusted. The condo lacked of regular supplies you normally find in other places such as coffee filters, salt, sugar etc. we had to buy everything. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower curtains which were a bit molded. Other than that place is nice and accurately described , we had a great time!

Amazing location, and we didn’t even have a car. Everything was as described in the listing. We had a great 5-day trip. The apartment had some nice beach tools/toys to use, including chairs and an umbrella. Plenty of towels were provided for us, and we were able to use kitchen utensils as needed. There was also a smartTV in the bedroom which was super clutch!
Do be advised that the room is on the ground floor and you can hear people coming and going through the hall in the morning - I would recommend bringing earplugs, a noise machine, or simply playing rain sounds when you go to sleep (we did the latter). The AirBnb is located within a resort that has 2 fun restaurant/bars, tennis AND pickleball courts, laundry facilities, a pool, and direct beach access. They also have bikes available to rent on site. The room is perfectly situated so all amenities are very accessible. There are some shops and a putt putt course within walking distance.
We had an awesome stay, and would recommend this location to anyone!

Located steps away from the ocean and has all of the supplies for a day on the beach : umbrella , chairs , boogie boards . This helps when you have kiddos . The suite was very clean only the floors were a bit sandy and seems like that’s a given . We have only stayed in one rental over the years that didn’t have traces of sand at all . That’s something I can live with. Kitchen was clean and we were given plenty of dish soap and paper towels to get us started. The bedding was clean and comfortable and plenty of extras were already provided (linens , pillows , and warm blankets ). There are 2 smart TVs if you want to keep watching your shows away from home. We had a pleasant stay.
The only thing I was not a fan of is laundry cost is ridiculously high in my opinion 3$ wash and 3$ dry. Seems like that’s not the rental’s fault but the resorts. Otherwise it’s a beautiful area , safe and clean . I would stay there again .

Our family (2 adults, 2 toddlers) had an excellent stay in this condo. The condo is on the first level and conveniently located near the beach, pools, playground, and bike rentals--all fun recreational activities for kids! The resort is an excellent option for young families and offers fun events at the pool each day. Be sure to check the announcement board posted in the common areas around the resort for these details. This condo rental included a started pack of soap, trash bags, toiletries, dish wash, and laundry detergent--very much appreciated. The rental has lovely beach-themed decor. Our children loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor balcony off the condo as well. We vacation in HHI every year and hope to rent this unit again in the future!
