It is a very cute apt near the beach and great for a couple or for one adult and 2 young kids. It’s tiny but cozy. They have beach chairs and most appliances. I recommend you bring all your kitchen essentials, including salt, sugar, coffee, butter if you plan to cook there. They were very responsive when I needed anything.

The place was clean and very convenient - just a short walk to the beach. The place is on the second of three floors, so if you're a very light sleeper, you may want ear plugs due to noise from walking, etc. upstairs. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved Hilton Head Island. The condo was in a great location and was a decent stay. Certainly was not impressed by the lack of amenities but it was fine enough for us. For only a 5 night stay we didn’t expect to have to provide our own toilet paper, dish liquid, etc. I think the price could be lowered due to the amount of amenities you have to provide yourself. The bed wasn’t horrible but definitely left us feeling more exhausted than relaxed. Overall a decent stay and would do it again for a better price.

This condo is convenient to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Bike rentals on site. It was the perfect size for my daughter and me. I recommend 2 guests if you are staying in the bedroom. The living area is tight but has everything one needs. If you are a cook, you might want to bring a few spices and a good knife. The pool is huge and has a beachside bar, ice cream and snow cones next to it. Nice boardwalks to the beach and not a far walk.

First time using Airbnb and first time to Hilton Head. The place was clean and nice and perfect for my wife and I and my 12 yr old son, who slept on the couch. You can see and hear the beach from the balcony, although you a little back from it. It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool. The beach had a lot of people but the water at low tide is pretty far out so there is plenty of room. The pool was always packed but there are a lot of chairs and the pool is good size. We ate at the pool bar/restaurant and what we had was good both days(peel and eat shrimp, loaded fries and burgers). We cooked a few times and there is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. It’s really dark at night so it’s nice to walk down the beach and see lots of stars. Would go back and would recommend staying!

The location and resort are amazing! The condo is lovely! We went for a girls getaway and loved every minute. The rental company was great about getting back to us with any questions. We would suggest that you bring a single blowup if you plan for someone to sleep on the couch pullout. Not the best sleeper in our opinion.

Overall a nice place for the price. The ocean view wasn't what we though it was going to be so don't expect to see the beach from the balcony. During our time there, the AC didn’t work at all and we didn’t really get any communication about when it will be fixed. On our last day there, maintenance came in to fix it but just completely shut it off and we had no warning when they were coming. Sleeping in 77-78 degrees was not fun for us.

This place was just right for the two of us.

The beach is just a short walk away and we rented bikes for a day and rode several places. We found a place by chance called Fort Howell which is an earthworks fort. There was a “38 star” American flag which we had never seen before, so that was a little bonus.

The pool at the resort was nice and big but very cold. The ocean was warmer.

They have a nice poolside bar/restaurant overlooking the beach and the resort itself was nice and quiet.

You can sit outside in the morning and watch the sunrise and see the ocean from this unit.

We would definitely stay there again.

Cute, clean condo with nice touches. The weather could not have been better, and the beach, just down the boardwalk, is amazing. There were not a lot of people and the beach was perhaps the cleanest we've seen. We called to rent an umbrella and two chairs for $40, which made it more comfortable, though the beach chairs are ancient.

There were a few minor issues, like a faulty bathroom light switch, no smoke alarm, and trouble locking the sliding glass door. Otherwise, the condo itself was really nice.

My experience in communicating with the contact was frustrating. Either days went by without a reply, or I received no reply at all. One email I received was downright rude.

Awesome location and really great resort. The beach is literally a 300 ft across the parking lot. I don’t think the pictures do it justice just how close it is. And the pool is right next to the beach. So if we wanted a break from the beach, you can literally go right up by the pool and grab something for lunch at the bar/restaurant pool side, and hang out around there for a little while. The villa was more than enough room for the two of us. It was my first trip to Hilton Head, so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away. Very beautiful destination, all of the restaurants are very close to the resort. Most of the restaurants have shops and stuff around that you can browse through if the restaurant has a wait. All in all, it was a great trip and I would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect, check-in was very easy, and the place was very clean and well-organized. The complex is very family friendly and had a lot of activities going on throughout the week. The only thing missing for us was mostly due to not looking at the listing closely enough to notice there is not a bathtub (just a shower) so it made it a little harder with a baby. I only say this for other new parents who are looking but don’t think about it either 🙂
