This stunning end-unit ocean view first floor villa has been fully renovated to make the best use of space for a comfortable restful vacation. It's a true beach get away at one of Hilton Head Islands premier resorts. Amazing beach villa with ocean views of the resort pool and ocean from the balcony and just steps from one of the best beaches and largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head. Renovated with stone countertops, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout, built-ins, stainless full-sized appliances, walk-in tiled shower, oversized seated vanity, king bed and wide-open space in the bedroom. The villa has designer colors with a total coastal feel. It is located at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort and Includes on-site lighted pickle ball, tennis court, fitness center, restaurant, oceanfront food service, 24-hour security, playground and much more.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach and bike rentals and beach chairs at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Summertime Fun at HHBT: Live Entertainment at the beach bar on weekends, Monday Night Dive in Movies at the Pool, Wednesday Karaoke at the pool, Thursday Pool Party, Ice cream stand, Pizza at Gators or delivered to your door! There is no other ocean front resort like it on Hilton Head Island.
Some of the best waterfront restaurants such as Poseidon, Hudson’s, Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 23. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons age 23 or over will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Had a great 4 night stay, everything was right there and very accessible. The beach and pool access was wonderful. Only problems we had were easily fixable, but outside of that the place was in wonderful condition. Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes away from Folly Field too! Owners were also very helpful when we had problems upon arriving. Would recommend!

We had a good stay. The place was really cute and very clean. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. My only issue was with the overall size of the unit and the location of the bed in the unit. Sleeping next to the front door was not the best experience as you could hear all the movement outside. Other than that, the place was great!!

My husband and I have stayed at many different condos at HHBT resort, but really loved this one! The kitchen layout was perfect for us - we loved the barstool options in addition to the table. The kitchen features were also really great, including plenty of dish/cookware! The bathroom was another spot we loved, with the lovely walk-in glass shower. There was great & quick communication with the owner as well, which really made everything go so smoothly for us! All of our questions were answered ahead of time, which allowed for a perfect weekend getaway 🙂 Zero complaints over here and hope to stay in this condo again in the future!

Great little condo! It’s super close to the beach (down the stairs, cross the parking lot to pool and you are on boardwalk to beach). The condo is full equipped with anything you might need. kitchen has everything (crockpot, toaster, coffee pot and kcup coffee maker). There’s chairs and an umbrella on the porch. It’s recently been updated. I would stay here again.

The resort and condo were both top notch.
Lots to do...we rented bikes and rode 20+ kms of beach and nice trails, golfed nearby, walked a lot, beached, pooled and ate and drank in both the restaurant and at the beach/pool bar. Delicious, reasonably priced food and ice cold beer and cocktails. And the Maple Leaf games, on our own screen, upon request in the sports bar.
Our condo had one of the best pool and ocean views at the resort, I would think, and everything we needed to be comfortable and to make some of our meals. Beach chairs and cozy deck put to great use. Coffee and breakfast with blue sky and blue water view. Perfect.
All in all, a terrific week, mixed with equal parts activity and relaxation. We'll be back.
