This partially updated villa has private access to the beach and oceanfront pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 2 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.) and just steps out your door onto the boardwalk to the beach from this second floor villa. You will be glad you booked this one
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest beach front pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort.
LSI Vacation Rentals is available to guests 24/7 with any questions or concerns. We have a local office on the island and a 24 hour call center for after hour needs.
Hilton Head Beach and tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beach front pool on the island, a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, a playground, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are 2 additional restaurants for eat-in or delivery to the villa. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make you vacation one to remember and return to each year. Water front restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. There is a seasonal shuttle to get your around the island that runs April - October. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails get around. Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.

Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

This was a great place to stay to enjoy Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer. We loved sitting on the outside porch and listening to the waves in the morning. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels and linens for our stay. We were disappointed there were no beach items to use during our stay provided with our stay. We were also disappointed that there was no bathroom door for privacy in the bedroom from the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back to visit HHI again in the future.

This is a very nice end unit with an ocean view. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning out on the balcony while taking in the view.
We appreciated the generous supply of plush quality towels provided. Also, appreciated the good water pressure in the shower (you never know).
We had lunch at Jamaica Joe’z located by the pool and beach. They had some nice “drinks of the day” and a good menu. Look forward to our next visit.

This was our first time renting Airbnb and we had a great time. Great location, a short walk to the beach and pool. It was nice having a restaurant within the facility upon late arrival to the location and the pool hut for bar food and drinks at the pool and beach. Was a lovely place to stay during our week in Hilton Head. The villa is right by the ocean, with a really nice sunset and sunrise to see over the ocean from the balcony. The condo is very compact; it was perfect for the two of us. Even though there are two additional bunks it might be a tight space for more people. We had a great stay here! The condo is clean and well-equipped, the AC worked really well, and most importantly the beach access could not be more convenient! It is literally a two minute walk from the condo to the beach. We did not take advantage of the bike rental but it was also very close, and as others have mentioned there is a trolley stop just outside the complex. The restaurants on site do seem to get busy but are also walkable and convenient. The ONLY thing I would want to give other guests a heads up about is that the condo is pretty small—it was fine for two adults, and I think would still be ok with up to two younger kids, but I wouldn’t try to do 4 adults, personally. But if this listing seems to be the right size for your party, you can’t beat the proximity to the beach!

Cute little condo in a great location. We enjoyed being able to grab drinks or pizza from the bar at the convention center. The pool is fantastic and really close to the beach! Our kids had a great time swimming every day. The drinks and food at the pool were also really good. The property management team was easy to work with and prompt in returning messages. Wrote to owner of this property multiple times to explain that we could not make our trip due to the gas shortage that was affecting our trip and could not get there due to no gas in our area. I never heard any contact back after reaching out to them multiple times. They didn’t sympathize and give back at least 50% which is fair due to a circumstance out of our control. Poor way to run a business.

We loved this place! So beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We ate dinner by the pool one night from one of the restaurants. Close to other restaurants, shopping and Kroger/CVS should you need groceries or toiletries. This unit is an end unit so we had extra windows and loved the extra light. Easy walk up the stairs or you could take the elevator which was a little farther walk. You can see the ocean from the balcony. 10/10 recommend!!
