Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Second time at this apartment and it was just the same as the last time. Extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, nice view of lagoon/ocean. Very close to pool and restaurants within the resort. Will plan to rent again very soon!

The place was wonderful and clean. There were plenty of places to store/hang belongings. There was enough room for the two of us. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. The view of the ocean was great. The walk to the beach was about 5-10 minutes. The atmosphere at the pool was nice. We had a drink at the bar there, and the vibes were good. The host/management company sent clear instructions and communicated frequently. I would for sure recommend this place.

As if I walked into my friends home for visit, and she had all the right touches to ensure my stay was enjoyable! I'm a huge proponent of personal touches and this unit hit the mark from layout, the cleanliness, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs/table on balcony, all the way down to the throws on the couch and chairs. This was my first time staying at the resort location, and wasn't disappointed at all. I spent all my time at the beach but did walk past the pool/bar/ice cream hut and everything was well maintained and clean.

We had an amazing time at this location. Toni was very attentive and ensured we had all what we needed. One of my our initial apprehensions with most properties was that they lacked the modern hotel feel.
This is NOT one of those locations. The condo was newly renovated and beautifully designed. We felt as if we were the first patrons to stay there (yes it was that clean).
Close to several restaurants, on the beach (walk downstairs and there’s the boardwalk), secured property with a guard shack, and the view is amazing!
