We had a very enjoyable stay in this unit in late October, which by the way is a terrific time to visit Hilton Head Island. Communications with LSI Vacation Rentals were excellent - they are very prompt to respond to questions. Check-in was very easy.

The location of the unit is convenient to the pool and to the boardwalk that leads to a beautiful wide beach. The balcony on the unit has a western exposure, so on a few hot days (in late October!) we didn’t open our curtains fully or sit on the balcony (I can see where the sun could be a bonus on colder winter days, though). There is a nice view of the pool and the ocean, though across the parking lot, while sitting on the living room couch. This unit is on the second floor, and is close to the stairs; we did hear some brief noise from people on the stairs (only one night). Otherwise, the unit was super quiet. The unit was attractively decorated. Very comfortable couch and armchair! The thermostat is easy to adjust, and the temperature in the unit was comfortable.

The unit was very clean - however, before our trip when I asked if the bedspread was cleaned between renters, I was told that it had been cleaned right before the previous renter, and that there would be an additional charge if we wanted it cleaned prior to our arrival. I opted not to pay the additional amount, so I requested that the bedspread be removed, and I simply brought my own.

If you like to prepare some of your own meals while on vacation, as we do, you will appreciate the updated stove and microwave - both were spotless and appeared to be new. Also, it has a nice-sized refrigerator. The resort is conveniently close to a Publix and WalMart (both about 3 miles away).

The king bed was comfortable, plus the area that normally holds bunk beds in other units in this complex has been changed to hold counterspace and drawer space, in addition to the dresser space. Please note, if you are sensitive to light: the bedroom window opens onto the building’s exterior hallway, which has a very bright security light at night. Although there are blinds and curtains on that window, they do not completely block the light. Some inexpensive light-blocking curtains can easily take care of that issue.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit and hope to return soon.

Our stay was quite enjoyable and the location of this end unit has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean. Being on the second floor and right next to the stairwell, expect some noise as other guests come and go. Fabulous beach access. Bike rentals were convenient and easily reserved. Be advised that when the entrance door is opened it enters into and looks right into the bedroom. Messaging with owner services was easy with quick responses. In the future, we would certainly like to return to this property and unit.

The owner and management agency were awesome! We were in town for a little golf time and to meet up with some family. We arrived late the first night and the humidity in the unit was quite high. I messaged the owner and it was handled immediately the next day.
We were impressed with her immediate response and the handling of the slight problem. She checked with us periodically to ensure everything was fine with us. Would definitely rent again. Location to the beach and pool were perfect.

Our stay in Ocean Villa C233 was absolutely wonderful. We could see the ocean, the boardwalk, and the pool from the balcony. Easy access to all The Hilton Head Resort had to offer. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. We stay at this particular place (Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort) twice a year normally, but this was our first time staying at this condo. It was the perfect location for a family with a young child, just a few steps off the beach, right next to food, ice cream, the pool, etc. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so be aware that you will have to think about that when bringing things in and out, but it's not a hard flight of stairs. The only "issues" that we had was that there wasn't a bigger trash can in the kitchen, no salt or pepper or oil to use (I can understand not having many things like that, but those are pretty standard things people need to use when cooking and don't want to buy when they are on vacation), and the humidity inside the condo was normally between 70%-98% at all times. Which, for reference, should be about 60% or less. You could feel the difference in the air, it seemed a little stuffy, and to some that may not matter, but to us it did. It also can produce mold growth if it constantly stays that way, so somethings to consider if you have sensitivities to mold. Last thing that we wish that they had was a spatula, seems like small detail to care about, but when you want to make eggs and then realize there isn't one, it sucks. Not sure if they had one and someone took it, but we ended up having to buy one of those too. Other than that, it was a good time, everything you could really need except for those few items. Toilet paper was sub par (I understand why, but would be nice to have better toilet paper), same goes for the paper towels. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Good communication, since this is a rental company they do not have someone available to talk to over the weekend, but I believe airbnb has a service if needed. It took them awhile to respond to an email I sent while we were there, but it wasn't that important that it couldn't wait. The resort overall, I could rant and rave about all the time, secured resort, easy to get your parking pass, access to everything, close to other things, etc. Many activities for kids and adults like during the summer and the food is pretty good as well! Pretty crowded during the summer, but winter it's amazing even more!

Great location and a great place in a great resort! There were however several things not working in the rental including the porch light, which made our time spent out there less enjoyable. In addition, on our last morning somebody was trying to enter the apartment several hours before checkout. Thankfully we dead bolted and chain locked the door so they weren’t able to get in (bed is legit next to the front door). Lastly, check in instructions weren’t accurate, the lock box doesn’t work and instead there’s a numeric key on the door to get in. Other than that it’s a great place!

This listing exceeded all of our expectations. It was very clean, the finishings were high end and the location was perfect. This unit is close to the parking and and stairs, which made loading and unloading easy. The unit is also very close to the pool and beach. Condo is in great location, minute walk to the beach, the resort is very nice, felt extremely safe, outside of the resort is a 5-10 drive to many nice restaurants and things to do, bike rental on resort was appreciated and fantastic bike paths and trails right outside resort. Condo was very clean, and well stocked with everything you need, host has thought of everything. Pull out sofa couch even had memory foam to make more comfortable. Communication was perfect!
