Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volleyball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best waterfront restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.
