Make This Your Best Vacation Yet! This new beach home has a private pool, outdoor Kitchen, grilling area, and firepit in a private fenced setting. Vacation in Luxury! Enjoy and Entertain your Family and Friends in this 6 Bedroom 4 Full Bath Home that sleeps 20. Nothing was spared in decorating this beach home with high end decorator furniture and amenities. From the ground floor pool and entertainment area. you can enjoy the pool (heated if you want it)-watching games on the huge outdoor TV
This home has the largest fenced stone patio in Sandcastle complete for lounging, grilling at the outdoor kitchen area, or lighting a fire in the firepit to enjoy in the evening. Take the elevator to the first-floor to the living area which features a full bedroom and bath and an open floor plan kitchen with a huge granite island that can seat 4 and plenty of room for food prep. The great room has plenty of space for the whole gang featuring a large sectional sofa, a farmer table that seats 8, and a wall of windows that open to a deck. Go to the second floor to the oversized master with a King Bed, seating area, walk-in closet, and your own private deck to get away to. The master bath features a tiled walk-in shower with a seat, 2 vanities to spread out and a private water closet.
The second floor has a laundry with a nice big washer and dryer. At the other end of the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and a King bed in the other with a full bath. Head up to the third floor and there is plenty of room for the kiddos in the bunk room with custom sturdy bunkbeds that sleep 8, a large screen TV and chairs to hang out in. The other bedroom has two queen beds and an area with a crib if needed. This floor also features a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Sandcastle by the Sea is conveniently located mid island with easy access to water front restaurants, shopping, and golf. Shelter Cove Towne Center and Marina is close by.
some of the best water front restaurants are an easy car drive away. Bring or rent some bikes as Hilton Head has 100+ miles in biking trails to explore the island or ride the beach.
Many people love to explore the island on bike with lots of bike trails and flat terrain. Sandcastles by the Sea is located mid island so is very convenient to many of the island amenities. A small local airport is only 5 minutes away and the international airport in Savannah is 40 minutes away.
Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

This house was perfect! Very clean, so much space, and beds were comfy. It was a short walk to the beach and beach cart provided made it really easy. The best unexpected thing about this house was the ice maker! We used so much ice in our coolers for the beach/drinks and didn’t have to worry about getting bagged ice. Overall, we’d stay here again and again! Beautiful home!

The property is very beautiful and overall very well stocked with many amenities. The bedrooms are comfortable and the patio and pool area were well-appointed. Although the management company were quick to respond, some responses were not particularly helpful (for example, the internet in the home was not working and the response was to call the internet company—the issue was with the router in the home—not an outage with the company). Additionally, you are not allowed to cook seafood inside the home—this would have been good to know ahead of time. Otherwise, we had a great time and would generally recommend the home to others.

This home was perfect for our family reunion of 10 adults and 5 children. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could want/need. The children loved it too! They really enjoyed the bunk beds on the top floor. After a day at the beach (an easy walk), it was nice to come back to the shaded pool. The outdoor living space was amazing and easily accommodated all of us eating outside.

Attention to detail was key here as the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances, Sonos system was great and beach chairs/pool towels were provided. The private pool w/ TV was great place to relax and the fire pit and outdoor grill were nice additions. ~12 min walk or <5 min drive to the beach. Would definitely return for another visit.
