The Sands provides an ideal location for your vacation. No car is needed to stay here. You can walk to restaurants, shopping at Coligny Square which is across the street, and Hilton Head's Celebration Park. Ride your bike along Hilton Head's beaches or 50 + miles of bike trails.
The Forest Beach area of Hilton Head is the sought-after vacation area of the island. Enjoy the shops and restaurants of Coligny Beach or happy hour at the Tiki Hut. Ride bikes, walk, or use the free trolly to get around.
No Parking Fees to stay here. 2 Parking tags are provided. a Fee of $100 per tag will be charged if not returned.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds.
No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

On the 3rd floor with no elevator and my mom is 87. rough on everyone though.
deck had a great view but, A/C unit on the deck. we couldn’t sit out there when it was running. noisy and blowing hot air.

This was a very nice rental. In a great location to the beach! 3 easy blocks to walk from building to beach-loved that! Grocery store and restaurants all within a 2-3 block walk. Bike paths all over island to help you explore. Kitchen was stocked well and host was good with communication.

The location here was great. Two blocks from a beach access, and caddy corner to Piggly Wiggly and the entire Coligny Development. It had everything we needed to hit the beach and grab drinks/dinner within walking distance. We only had to drive after check-in if we wanted to.

Stayed here for a bf girls getaway. It was everything we wanted. We each had our own bedroom. The living room was a nice size. The kitchen is perfect if you want to cook meals. The grocery store is across the street. The beach is a 8 minute walk. Lots and lots of shops and restaurants to walk to as well.
We want to come back next year.
