Feel the breeze and view the ocean from the balcony of this updated 1 bedroom brand new 1 bath villa with walk-in tiled shower. Step out the front door to a community private pool (one of two on the property) and a short walk to the private entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park where there is a large pirate ship for the kids and concerts for all; equally close is Coligny Circle with bars and restaurants galore, so no need to call an uber. Most importantly only a five-minute walk on the beach to the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim’s for beach drinks.
This is a gated secure community with parking below the unit. Open floor plan with a king and a comfortable pull out sofa to allow for 4 guests. Private bath with shower and an additional vanity sink in the bedroom; great for getting ready, leaving the bathroom open. Free wifi, cable, and two TVs with remotes. This unit is set up nicely for working, relaxing, and playing.
This vacation rental is perfect in every way: Steps to the ocean and pool. Walk to Coligny shops and restaurants and Celebration Park. Rent and ride bikes on the beach or 100+ mile bike trails that HHI has to offer. Don’t miss your opportunity to have a beautiful vacation getaway at the SeaSide Villas on HHI.
Seaside Villas also has an elevator (right by the unit), charcoal grills with a picnic area, sundeck, coin operated laundry, and bike racks, and ample parking available.

Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

The location of this rental can’t be beat. Walkable to Coligny Plaza, great beach access, and easy to get to from interstate. The apartment itself is SMALL but accurately depicted in the pictures. I could not imagine more than 2 adults fitting comfortably in this unit. Check in process was interesting as the fob that was supposed to be left in the lockbox was not there. We waited around 45 minutes before we could check in to the room and from reading other reviews this is a common occurrence. Be aware that the kitchen has no cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil, aluminum foil) so bring your own if you plan to cook at all. The location is the real reason to stay here but if you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not that.

As soon as you walk in the door to the unit the bed is right there, it’s not in its own room. Once you keep walking the kitchen area and pull out couch are right there. Not a super big deal if you’re parents staying with kids but it was a little awkward for the group of guys and girls we had there. The unit was fairly clean besides a used Q-tip that we found on the windowsill which makes me think that they aren’t cleaning every surface between each guest just the most busy surfaces like counters. The TVs and the Wi-Fi both did not work while we were there. I tried to contact the host but they left it to be our responsibility to call spectrum and troubleshoot. I understand there is not much that the hosts can do from afar but sitting on the phone with spectrum trying to handle the Internet was not what I wanted to do on my relaxing vacation. Overall 3/5 stars.

This is a much smaller space than I thought. It is not a 1 bedroom as there is no door separating spaces. The pull out couch badly needs replaced. The outdoor furniture on the balcony is not comfortable at all. Rusting Metal tall top not meant for comfortable viewing of the ocean. Look at the pictures on the listing really close as the use of mirrors is primo. You have to side step to get around the one side of the bed. The furniture is just not appointed well at all. Outdated. The pool closes at SUNSET. The keypads for the door entry and beach entry were not always working. The best part was that it was clean, the mattress was good & the location. I expected more for what I paid. We will not be back.

The villa was a perfect size for my friend and I. The view was wonderful and we got to wake up to see the ocean every morning. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit small but the villa over all was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again! When we had a bit of trouble getting the key fob and parking pass, LSI (Toni) was quick to call me back and the issue was resolved quickly. I would definitely give them 5 stars even with the slight hiccup at the beginning.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in was a little confusing as it was difficult to find the office suite to pick up the key due to building renovations, which we weren’t aware of. We had to pick up our parking pass and key FOB from the office which was about 15 minutes from the actual unit. Location was great! Less than 5 minutes to the beach and an easy bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza. We had access to public beach chairs, but they were pretty grimy if not already taken up by other people once we got to the beach. Recommend bringing your own! Parking was accessible which was nice. Upon arrival, the shower head was broken and the handle to the sliding door was loose. Other than that the unit had everything we needed for my husband and me. Overall, the place was clean and location was convenient!

This unit was in a great location near Coligany Plaza and Beach park. The unit has direct access to the beach and was convenient to make trips back and forth. We found a few beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet to use. The keypad lock was tricky and did not always work well... this could easily be fixed though. There is closet space for luggage and clothing, but not much kitchen space (no empty cabinets to store food or supplies). It was nice to have the stovetop and large fridge for meals. A short bike ride to get to Coligany Plaza!

The room is almost the last one in the building, so the farthest from the beach. When we went out on the balcony we never heard the beach over the cars on the road. Pros its right by the elevator. Theres not an oven and the closests are also used as storage for empty boxes of items that they have purchased for the room.
