We were not able to get in til around 8pm after multiple calls and messages and sitting in the hallway for about an hour. We were given a gate code missing numbers and from what they told us they gave us an old door code. The beach area was nice and the unit comfortable.

This Airbnb was a nice little place to stay for the 2 of us. Mary Ann was quick to respond to our emails. One little issue we had was the bathroom linens. There were plenty of towels and hand towels but only 2 washcloths for the whole week. I emailed Mary Ann and she was quick to get in touch with housekeeping to bring more. Again there were still only 2 washcloths in the new pack that was brought, but we made do. My only suggestion would be to provide enough washcloths for each person for each day of their stay. After being on the beach each day you can't use the same washcloth all week. Again Mary Ann was quick to get in touch with housekeeping, so maybe she should instruct them to provide adequate bath linens. Other than that, there was only one beach chair for the 2 of us but we made do, no big deal for us. Thanks again for a nice clean place to stay.

Suggest bringing extra bath towels and wash cloths if more than two are staying in the unit. If you intend to do laundry during your stay, bring quarters. We highly recommend this unit and location. Nice comfortable room with a side view of the ocean from the porch. The room had chairs for the beach and an umbrella so no additional expense was needed for these which was great. The kitchen was fully equipped and shopping for food to stock it was close by. The beach was a short walk and there were convenient showers to wash off the sand at the end of the day. And there were elevators for anyone who needs to know that! Which we appreciated being on the third floor.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week in Hilton Head and our rental at Seaside Villa had a lot to do with that. This is a great little condo with everything you could ask for. It was perfect for us and we noted how there could have easily been room for 2 more if they don’t mind the pull out. The condo has been recently renovated and it was a top notch job as the design, style and workmanship are all very well done. Our master bed was very comfortable and the building was quiet, even though we were there during March Break. The view of the beach is the best and the access to walk out there was perfect. Parking was easy, our self check in went smooth and our communications with the folks at LSI Rentals was great. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. We wish every Air BnB could be like this. Thank you for everything.

There is very little counter space, so meal prep can be challenging. The ocean can be seen from the balcony, but the view is limited. Access to the wonderful beach is very easy. Have a few thoughts on this place. First of all, the location can’t be beat - steps to a great beach and only about a half mile to Coligny Plaza. The one thing I didn’t like about this place that I haven’t encountered with other Airbnb’s is that all the communication felt very robotic and impersonal. It took several days to get a response when inquiring about check in, and when we did confirm the day of check in we could get in 2 hours early, we had to wait an additional hour for someone to have the key for us, and there was a serious lack of apology for this. The communication with LSI was truly the biggest downfall of this property. It is tiny, but fit our family of 3 (and we used a pack n play) just fine.

It was a great stay in Hilton Head, the location of seaside villas and the unit were perfect. It was only about 20 yards from the beach access so very easy to walk to the beach. The unit was perfect for a couple, but may be a tight squeeze for 4 people. My only complaint would be the bed is in the room near the hallway and its easy to hear people walking by or closing their door across the hall. Luckily it seems like a family friendly place so we didnt have any issues with people being loud. Overall a good stay in a great location

This place had a nice view of the ocean and was all we needed for our stay. It has its own AC unit and board games to play, which was nice. It was cleaned pretty well when we arrived. We had a bit of a check-in issue but the host resolved it within 30 minutes. It was a good stay overall, but there were a few minor details that got a bit frustrating after a week long stay. We were only given 2 trash bags and minimal linens for a week long stay and no directions on how to get more of any of these utilities. There is also only 1 elevator in the entire complex which is inconvenient when our room was on the third floor. Also, there are 2 washing machines and dryers which are shared with the entire floor and you have to pay to use them. Some of these things the host has no control over, but were not in the description of the place and probably should be.

After booking this AirBnB the host sent me a separate contract to be signed and filled out. This was NOT listed on the AirBnB webpage prior to my booking. The contract asked for additional funds for the rental.

I was still able to continue with the rental without signing this contract, but be aware that this host may send this to try and trick you. Per AirBnb policy they MUST disclose a separate contract prior to you booking.

A small annoyance was that you had to go to the vacation rental company to pick up the key before going to the unit. It was a smooth process though and contactless.

Otherwise, the rental was very nice. Clean and and quiet. Great location right on the beach with ocean views. Walkable to a "downtown" area.

All the positives of the other reviews are correct. First...the best HH location off of Coligny Cir right on the beach. Everything you need in a 2 mile radius, so walk, bike or short car trip. Condo clean, renovated and very nice. Have breakfast or cocktails on the small patio looking and listening to the ocean (well...when the a/c unit is running). There is an elevator, and condo is fully stocked except for tea kettle.

Third (top) floor is great, but you will be taking the stairs a lot vs. the slow elevator at the far front end of the building. And this is a VERY SMALL apartment...think hotel room. Best for couple, maybe with a small child.

Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.

Very cute and quaint condo! The patio offers a great view of the beach. The space was comfortable and clean. LOVE the big tile shower and additional bathroom shelves.
This unit is on the outside of the grouping of villas, so to get to the beach access you do have to walk underneath the building to the middle of the main parking lot. Also worth noting there isn’t an elevator in the building, so the 3rd floor left us feeling like we should’ve packed a little lighter!
All in all, a cute place for a weekend getaway!
