There is an open floor plan with luxury plank flooring, a kitchen area with a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator/ freezer and a private roomy bath with decorator tiles. This clean and bright studio in Historic Oldtown Bluffton is located in Stock Farm and is walking distance to many historic sites, restaurants, shopping and Art galleries. The May River Oyster Park is a short distance from this property. It is located just 30 minutes from Savannah and 20 minutes from the beautiful Beaches of Hilton Head Island. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials including a Keurig/combo drip coffee pot. Bring your kayak, paddle boards and bikes or rent a golf cart to get around and explore Old Town Bluffton.
Nestled on the banks of the May River, Old Town offers many explorations. The streets are lined with unique boutiques, antique shops, galleries, eateries and specialized retailers. The pristine river offers breath-taking vistas from Oyster Factory Park on Wharf Street as well as from the foot of Calhoun Street at Church of the Cross.
For the more active, kayak and boat excursions are offered on the river along with paddle boarding. For history buffs, there are guided walking tours of the Historic District and its structures along with tours of the Heyward House Museum. Old Town Bluffton truly has something for everyone.
Bluffton offers shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities on the May River. Old Town Bluffton is easy to get around on foot or bikes. Golfing and Shopping at the Outlets is just a short drive away. This perfect location is close to the beaches of Hilton Head which is less than a 20 minute ride. A visit to Savannah or Beaufort is only 20 miles away.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

The property was great and looked exactly as the pictures show! Just to note that the guests park in a designated spot at the end of the driveway, so it was a little walk to get inside but not bad. We enjoyed the serene location as it was very peaceful. It is also conveniently located and only takes about 15-25 minutes to get to local places. Would definitely recommend this for a couple looking to get away for a long weekend!

Beautiful home in an upscale peaceful neighborhood with breezes from May River. Great location with drivable distance to Hilton Head or Savannah. If you decide to walk around in Bluffton to "Corner Perk Cafe" or "The Cottage Cafe" on Callhorn, please don't expect it to be around the corner. You do have to walk but do-able. I did travel by myself and I would say for me it was too isolating but great for a couple wanting some privacy. Arrived late and there were no lights on. Pitch black in a wooded area was a bit creepy at night. I know that you can look up restaurants and things to do on line but don't expect there to be a book with suggestions or instructions like I have found with other Airbnb's. The place is charming, clean, decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. If I come with my boyfriend next time, I would stay here but not as a single woman by myself. It's totally safe, just too isolating, especially at night, unless you're into that sort of thing. Hope that helps!!

Do you have to run the water for a good five minutes or more to get it hot in the bathroom in the kitchen the burners in the kitchen take 5 to 10 minutes just to heat up. Very hard to cook on. Had no electricity the second day I was there due to a bad outlet needs a little more lighting with lamps. I think it’s perfect for a 2 to 3 stay night but I was there for two weeks after a while it was a little uncomfortable. I love the neighborhood and it is within walking distance to downtown Bluffton.

Cute little studio above the garage in beautiful Bluffton, SC. We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. We parked our rental car and walked to town. Town is about 1 mi. so bring good walking shoes/flip-flops. We had some plumbing issues, but the PM was very responsive and fixed that day.

My wife and I stayed here for our 15th Anniversary. Old Town Bluffton was perfect for the two of us. The house was a very short drive to most all the resteraunts,bars and Ice Cream. The house was very private, very clean and finished nicely. It felt like we were at home. A quick 30 minute drive from Savannah where we spent one of our days.
The home sits quietly in a private community with great neighbors. There were kids playing and folks walking their dogs as we took just a very short walk down to the cove from the house!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!
