Tiled floors, granite and quartz countertops, open floor plan with about 1000 sq. ft. of space, short 5 minute walk to beach where you can enjoy the largest pool on the beach in Hilton Head and wide beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals available.
Conference center with sports pub and pizza restaurant. Beach café with food and drinks. Washer and Dryer in the community.
Guests can access 2 pools in the property, tennis and pickle ball courts. There is direct access to the beach and small lake guests can fish at.
LSI Vacation Rentals has an office on Hilton Head. We are available for questions, information, and maintenance concerns 7 days a week.
Gated Community with 24/7 Security at the front gate. The Largest pool on Hilton Head. There is a beach bar, sports bar, and pizza restaurant on site.
There are over 150 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head. In addition to using your car, there is a trolley during Summer Season with a stop close to the resort.
Easy self check in at security gate and electronic lock on door. There is a bike rental shop at the resort to easily rent bilkes and ride the 100+ miles of trails on Hilton Head island.

Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Upin entering the property, it seems underwhelming. We found some dirty dishes, no trahsbags, broken remote controls. Fan is guest bedroom very loud unless it was ran on lowest setting. Cheap/uncomfortable furniture. Bed linens thin and very well used. Missing knives from butcher block. Check in and check were very easy. Communication with host was good. Washers and dryers were in another building and had to pay for them.

The unit is a short walk to the giant pool and the beach, hosts provide everything you will need for your stay. Very clean and well maintained.
The only issue we had (which has nothing to do with the unit itself) were that the people above us were very loud all through the night. But other than that the stay was perfect.

My family of 6 (including grandparents) enjoyed staying at this resort. The condo was a short walk to the beach and pool. We especially loved the resort-wide activities; dive in movie and water slide day. The condo also had beach toys and chairs which was a fun surprise!

There were a few roaches and two spiders that were seen. The cobwebs portrayed a place that has NOT been dusted in a while. The distance to the beach was not as close as preferred. I also sent an email about the check in times which was not answered. The big beds did not have blankets; only sheets. There were no extra trash bags and we had to purchase more. Old underwear were found under a bed upon departure. We were cleaning and mistakenly moved the underwear from under the bed because we thought they belonged to my children. Ewwwww!
