Check in and check out was very simple. Response to messages was very prompt. This is an older unit that has some kitchen updates, but needs some updates to furniture and mattresses. Every mattress is very firm and uncomfortable. Couch had recliners on each end that were difficult to close and we decided to not use for the rest of the weekend. Overall resort is nice! Loved the quick beach access. Pool area with beach restaurant and bar is very nice.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo! It was very clean and just as described. Hosts were very quick to respond to multiple last minute questions/concerns which I really appreciated. Close to the beach and perfect space for 2 adults, 2 kids. I absolutely recommend and look forward to coming back here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. The unit is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of five. The unit had all the supplies and amenities needed. The beds in the main and guest room are listed as queen in the listing, but they feel smaller. I did not feel the unit was as clean as it could have been. I opened the drawer under the stove to find dried food from previous guests. It was also quite dirty under the couch—enough that it didn’t seem it had been vacuumed in quite some time.

The unit that we stayed in could not have been any cleaner; there was not one strand of hair nor speck of dust.
The conference center/lobby check-in building that you will see when you first drive into the resort has two restaurants that are open later in the day; but, there is no little commissary. So, if you are going to want some coffee, milk, etc. in the morning, bring your own.
It really is only a 5 minute walk to the beach!

We had a great time. There were 4 of us for just two nights. For that kind of a stay, it was nearly perfect. Great location within an easy walk to the beach and a really nice pool. The unit was well equipped and clean. Our only complaints were that the ice maker didn't work and the fan in the 2nd bedroom made an annoying clicking noise. If we had been staying for a week, these would've been bigger deals but only minor annoyances for a weekend stay.

The check-in process could be better explained in the listing. First, we went to the gatehouse as instructed only to be told to return to the convention center for guest check-in because it was before 10PM. My son arrived after 10PM and went to the gatehouse because we told him that was what they told us to do if we arrived late. Nevertheless, they still directed him back to the convention center to check in. Then, Building F is a little hard to find, especially in the dark. There are no markings or signs telling you which building is which. We had to figure it out from the map they gave us at check-in. None of this was a big deal, just an annoying way to start the weekend.

The unit is a little small so make sure you really like the others that you're traveling with. The 2nd bathroom is tiny - I mean like only slightly bigger than airplane bathroom size. Still, no problem for a short stay. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed which makes the room very cramped. The double bed is up against the wall. The room would be more useful with just one double or maybe queen sized bed.

The kitchen was well appointed and clean. We didn't make much use of it but everything you'd expect in a unity like this was there (except the previously mentioned ice maker in the fridge).

Nice kitchen and floors as well as a clean villa. Close to beach. Beach chairs provided as well as a small umbrella. We didn't need all of the pans etc for cooking, but they are available. Coffee maker in the kitchen - Thank You!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect! A short walk to the pool/beach and tons of great shopping and restaurants about a 5-10 min drive away. The place itself was very clean and offered plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you would need to cook. We especially liked the beach accessories that were available to us (beach chairs, umbrella, etc). We would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!
