Great stay! Condo what was clean and spacious. It is about a 6 to 8 minute walk to the beach, we knew that going into it, but it didn’t bother us at all. You can park closer to the beach entrances. We would stay again!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach. The location on the island is great too. It is just a short drive to local restaurants and Caligny Beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and rental company.

I would rent this unit again perfect for our family Vacay! I loved how clean it was ! Our family had a wonderful time wish we could have stayed longer!
The remotes weren’t working, but a quick trip to Walmarts and we put new batteries in them. I didn’t t complain to the host because that can happen anywhere and so we replaced all the batteries and left them for the host and next guest.
The unit is very clean well furnished and everything is perfect! I would stay here again! I highly recommend it! My biggest problem is I never want to leave the beach and have my Vacay be over!!

Was a nice place for the price, walls are really thin it sounded like neighbors were moving furniture and chairs all night long and a maintenance man entered the villa unannounced to change and air filter right after we showered so we barely had our clothes on, I thought that was a bit creepy but other than that everything was good.

The beach was a little bit further than then pictures. On a really hot day you may want to drive over to one of the other units closer to the pool.

I had a few questions during our stay and the communication was prompt and responsive. The unit was very clean. It was nice that they had beach chairs available in the unit and toys if you had children with on your stay.

This was an amazing place to stay! It was a cute little villa to spend a girls weekend. The villa was well equipped for anything you may need for your beach stay. Also, the communication from the owners was fantastic. I always felt at ease with asking them for anything and they answer your questions in a timely manner! Highly recommend this villa for your next Hilton Head vacation!

This apartment is not beach front, you have to cross several parking lots to get to the pool and beach. I was disappointed, expected to be in one of the large beach front buildings, but it was located near the street.

Beach access is fine, the pool was overcrowded and there was always loud music.

Apartment was clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors, they had several kids running back and forth all evening.

This was a great size for our family vacation. If you come with small children, I recommend driving and parking closer to the pool/beach. We had no problems finding a spot. Laundry is in the tennis pro shop, ask for a map when you check in so you can find it. It takes quarters but there is a change machine in the laundry room.

This was our second time going to HHB&T. We love the location and how the pool is right be the ocean. We usually spent time at the ocean then went to the pool.

Basic supplies are provided, but I’d bring your own dish soap/cooking spray/coffee filters/trash bags/possibly toilet paper. We did a Kroger pickup order to be ready the evening we got to HH. Kroger is close by.

The resort is near lots of restaurants, the resort is very clean. We would stay here again.

We had such a great time. The unit was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room. Lots to do for a family. Beach, pool, restaurants, pool activities, bikes, playground. We also saw people playing basketball and tennis. Such a great vacation with lots of memories.

The location for the beach was amazing, however the communication was not good at all. It was hard to reach out to the owner when addressing cleanliness concerns as well as parking issues. The beds had sand in them before arrival and the sofa bed was missing sheets before check-in. Essentially had to pay for a parking pass that was not even used because the staff could not respond in an appropriate manner.

This place was absolutely filthy! When we walked in, we took our shoes off and we could feel dirt under our feet as we walked around the condo. The rugs were so disgusting and so completely covered with dirt and dog hair that I couldn’t even get them clean and ended up rolling them up and keeping them in the closet until we left. I wiped the door handles with Lysol wipes (because, ya know, pandemic) and the wipes were coming up brown. I wiped the counters and the same thing happened. At this point I went to the store, got supplies, and cleaned the whole place for almost 2 hours. Again, it was absolutely filthy. When we let the owner know she agreed to refund our cleaning fee, it she wasn’t apologetic and didn’t offer to have someone come clean it.
Also when we checked in, we were informed that the microwaved isn’t work. The owner told us someone was coming the next day to fix it and asked for a good time for us to be out of the condo so they could come. We arranged our day so there was a several hour block for them to come. They didn’t come. Then the owner asked for a time the next day, and we gave her another time. Then she called after the time we told her they could come and was mad that I wouldn’t let them come in to replace it while my 1 year old was going down for a nap. She was so nasty and rude and eventual said “well I guess we will have to replace it after your stay and you won’t have a microwave while you’re there but that’s not my fault”.
I will never stay here again and highly suggest you don’t either.

I Visited Hilton Heads with my immediate family.. 17 year twins and husband.. We love our rental, it was everything we needed.. with all the amenities . , Even board games.. . A shirt walk to the. each, the weather was just O..k.. but we rode bikes and sat bye the pool and had beautiful cocktails.,, they even make virgin drinks for the twins.❤ . My host was great, i had left my check in and entrance info.. She responded a.s.a.p.. we where in our unit in 5mins, instructions where sent to me. Which made things easy

Location is good. The beach is nice, restaurant right near the beach is great and having multiple restaurants, tennis courts, and playground on property is great. Walls were a little thin, you can hear people going up stairs or people walking around on different floors and for some reason it seems people like to hang out in the areas outside the door. Neighbors literally brought chairs right outside your front door and sit there to talk every night. Would have loved coffee/filters for coffee maker.
