The Villa is located in an Ocean Front Resort which includes restaurants, gym, ocean front pool and other amenities. Centrally located in a gated resort and steps away to the beach, restaurants, and miniature golf. Local golf courses, miles of bike paths (and bike rental on site), fine dining and family restaurants as well as many other attractions are a quick walk, bike ride or drive away."
Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking paths. Bike rentals are located at the resort. It is an easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are located close by and an easy drive to get there.
Guests can access beach, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, outdoor charcoal grills and playground. There is also a sports pub and beach bar (seasonal).

Any applicable parking fees are included in the displayed rate. Additional parking pass available for $25.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation greater than 30 days before arrival are charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days before arrival are non- refundable.
Deposit Policy
On half of the nightly room rate is collected to confirm your reservation. The balance will be processed 30 days before your arrival date.

Odd that a beach place does not provide beach towels. They did however have 4 beach chairs and a wagon. some of the unit was in need of repair ( floor boards, broom, and dressers. )
It was clean, and well kept. There were plenty of bath towels and cooking supplies.

We love this resort and have stayed in a different condo building before. It’s a great location with so many conveniences on site. The condo had a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We saw 3 small cockroaches within the kitchen/dining room areas the first couple days. It’s understandable that bugs get in. There was one more the morning we were leaving that was crawling up the wall from behind the headboard in the master bedroom. That one did give us a little hibbie jibbies since that’s where we were sleeping.
The condo was pretty clean when we checked in. The master bathroom did have several hairs on the floor, but the rest of the space was clean. Again, we love this community as a whole. The walk to the beach and pool is reasonable. There were beach chairs provided by the host, though we did not use them since we brought our own. We would stay again.

Great condo for a family vacation! Three minute walk to the beach, large pool, and plenty of amenities (restaurants on site, etc.). There were beach chairs provided as well as a wagon for hauling everything you need. We left behind a beach umbrella and toys for future renters, as well. We would definitely book again!

If possible I would have given 4.5 stars! Check in was easy, we loved playing tennis, pickle ball, the pool and the beach. The couch bed was new and my teenage boys (we have four kids, so two of our kids slept in the twin beds and two on the couch bed.)slept just fine on it with no complaints.
The only thing that dropped it in stars was the stove top. It is the really old coil kind and the coils wouldn’t lie flat to cook on so the pots and pans we used would be at an angle and that made it a little difficult. And a little issue with the fridge (but I am sure they will fix that). Besides that it was great! We would stay there again if in the area.
